Terms for using halatg.com, the website of Hala Tourism Group Sdn. Bhd. for travel businesses.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of halatg.com (the "website"), operated by Hala Tourism Group Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202601032572 (1694667-H)), D-25-5, Menara Suezcap, KL Gateway, Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ("Hala", "we", "us"). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
2. Business use only
The website is intended for travel businesses and corporate clients, such as travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers and companies organising travel or events. We do not sell services to individual travellers through the website. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are acting for a business and are authorised to do so. We may ask for details to verify your business before handling a booking.
3. Information on the website
- The website gives general information about our services and the destinations we cover. It is not an offer to sell any service.
- Bali, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore services are arranged through our partner network. Destinations marked "coming soon" are not yet available.
- Vehicle photographs and capacities are illustrative. The vehicle provided depends on availability and is confirmed in each quotation.
- We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice. Availability, prices and service details are confirmed only in writing for each request. Information about visas, entry requirements and health rules is general guidance only and can change, so check it with the official authorities.
4. Quotation requests
- Submitting a request through the website, by email or by WhatsApp is an enquiry only. It does not create a booking or a contract, and it does not reserve any service.
- We aim to send a quotation within 24 to 48 hours, but this is a target, not a guarantee. We may decline any request.
- A quotation is valid only for the period stated in it and depends on availability at the time of confirmation.
- A booking exists only when you confirm a quotation in writing and we confirm it in writing. Our Booking Terms and Conditions and our Cancellation & Refund Policy, published on this website, then apply.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, such as traveller numbers, ages and dates.
5. What you send us
- You may attach files to a request. You confirm that you have the right to share them and that they do not contain malicious code.
- Please send only what is needed for a quotation. Do not send passport copies, identity numbers or payment card details through the website.
- We may delete files or messages that breach these terms.
- How we handle personal data in what you send is explained in our Privacy Notice.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- submit false requests, or requests in someone else's name without authority;
- send spam, or use automated tools to submit forms or collect content from the website;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or other users' data;
- interfere with the website's security or operation, or upload viruses or harmful code; or
- copy, frame or reuse the website's content for a competing service.
7. Intellectual property
The Hala Tourism Group name and logo, the website's design, text, photographs and other content belong to Hala or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use, such as sharing information with your clients about our services. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute or use them without our written permission. Vehicle and product names belong to their respective owners.
8. Third-party links and services
The website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp and online maps. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
9. Liability
- The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.
- Services you book with us are governed by the booking terms for that booking, not by these terms.
10. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for losses and reasonable costs we incur because you breached these terms, or because information or files you sent us infringe someone else's rights.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect and use personal data. It is available in English and Bahasa Malaysia and forms part of these terms.
12. Changes and availability
We may update these terms, or change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website, at any time. The current terms and their effective date are always on this page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies, and not enforcing a right straight away does not waive it.
14. Language
These terms may be provided in English, Arabic and French. If there is any inconsistency, the English version prevails.
